Prototype assumptions
- All records are synthetic; no live integration to Aconex, P6, Q4, Smart Completions, People or Health systems.
- Governed thresholds (egress crew limit 12 at TT01, wind 15 m/s) are illustrative configuration values, not approved project parameters.
- Stewardship roles for LOC-3100-CONC-CV07 are shown as fully assigned to allow the ACTIVE path to be demonstrated.
- Q4 state vocabulary used here is the subset validated in Phase 0C; 'Locked' remains deliberately unmapped (CA-03).
- Time is fixed to the demonstration clock 2026-09-01/02; no live clock is injected.
Known limitations
- No persistence: confirmations made in the prototype are session-local and not evidence-grade.
- No authentication or real authority resolution; role selection is a demonstration device, not an authorization mechanism.
- No offline/reconciliation runtime (Section Z) — represented only as declared behaviour.
- Cumulative SIMOPS rules CUM-2, CUM-5 and CUM-7 are implemented in the domain layer but not exercised by this scenario.
- Measurement chain (Time Saved / Released / Captured) is not instrumented in Phase 1.
